33 year old - should I have a tummy tuck revision to lower the scar and repair my belly button? (Photos)

I had a tummy tuck in 2021 and had a child in 2022, which didn't change the appearance of the Tummy tuck itself however there was a hypertrophic scar as well as a undesirable belly button in 2025 I did have the scar revised but it seemed to leave me with a higher scar, I'm wondering if I would be a candidate for a tummy tuck revision And to have the scar placed as low as possible, while also avoiding the skin to become hypertrophic once again
