I’m 31 and I’m about 5’6” and 140lbs. I am considering doing lipo 360 + BBL and then considering a tummy tuck after that recovery. Will I be left with massive sagging loose skin from the lipo or would it be bearable until I could get the tummy tuck done?

It is very likely, based on these photos, that you may expect nice improvement in the hands of a board certified plastic surgeon. You seem to have enough fat for visible changes in buttock and hips, which is what you mostly need, as well as tight abdomen and more defined waist. Good luck.
