Hello! I am a 36 year old female, 5'7, 145 lbs, very active. I do not have kids but had a weight loss when I was younger. I'm looking for an alternative to lipo for some improvement on the stubborn fat areas - some fat loss and skin tightening. Which would be a better option and more long term?

Morpheus8 is not a fat-burning treatment. While it does burn some fat pad during the treatment, its most effective at its skin-tightening and collagen-stimulation. It works beautifully for loose skin after weight loss but will not meaningfully reduce fat in stubborn areas.
For someone looking for a non-surgical alternative to liposuction that addresses both fat reduction and skin laxity, BodyTite (or its smaller-area version, FaceTite/AccuTite) would be a better match. If your goal is fat loss then liposuction is really the best way to go.  You can consider BodyTite to accomplish your desired look.  This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten skin.  Liposuction can be added for optimal results.
