Morpheus8 and pacemaker - can I have the procedure in my upper, outer thighs?

While Morpheus8 is an effective treatment for skin tightening and remodeling using radiofrequency (RF) energy combined with microneedling, it is generally contraindicated for patients with pacemakers—regardless of the treatment area. This is because the RF energy used in Morpheus8 can potentially interfere with the function of implanted electronic devices, including pacemakers, even if the treatment is performed on areas of the body far from the chest, like the thighs. Since you are completely pacemaker dependent, any risk of interference is taken very seriously. It’s best to consult with both your cardiologist and the provider offering the treatment to assess the potential risk.
