I am just going to start taking Spiro but my menstural periods started...so can we take Spiro during periods ?

You can take  Spironolactone and levothyroxine together. There is no drug interaction. levothyroxine is best absorbed on an empty stomach so first thing in am works well. Certain supplements, iron and calcium, if taken at the same time interfere with absorption. With this...
