There is always the potential to develop capsular contracture over time. After 15 years it's strange to develop soreness from a massage. I'd recommend visiting with your surgeon to examine your breasts. Ask yourself if you've notices any changes to the softness or contour of your breasts as it's possible you're developing some contacture which could possibly explain your breast soreness. From your photographs, it does appear that your implants are bottoming out. They appear large and have attenuated your skin as well leaving you with clearly visible veins in the skin. There is a way to correct this but it would likely require smaller implants and tightening of the tissues...
