I am 1 month post-op from 34A to 34D with silicone 385cc. My implants have settled really nice thanks to a talented surgeon. My only question is that the implants do have that gap between. I understand that there will be gap. Is there any exercises or techniques that you tell your patients in order to train or minimize the gap? My doctor told me to hug myself but maybe there is a more aggressive way? Thanks in advance!

From your photographs, it does appear that your implants are bottoming out. They appear large and have attenuated your skin as well leaving you with clearly visible veins in the skin. There is a way to correct this but it would likely require smaller implants and tightening of the tissues...
There is no way to reliably pick which implant is right based upon your measurements alone and implant "CCs." Many things such as your skin quality, breast width, skin elasticity, existing breast tissue, chest wall shape and implant size and implant fill all contribute to your ultimate "look"...
Unlikely that capsular contracture will occur overnight. Sometimes, injury and bleeding can occur (normally in one breast) and this can lead to capsular contracture. Definitely go to your board certified plastic surgeon for a physical examination.
