Hi there, I've been researching lip lifts and i want to ask the professionals. Majority of the before and after photos i see look like the nostrils shape has changed giving it the illusion of a wider nose. Am i analyzing this incorrectly? Or is it possible that the after photo is still swollen? It seems for 80 percent of the after photos the noses look different. Or I'm suspecting that surgeons don't wait a long period for inflammation to go down and take the after photo maybe 3 weeks later
