What are these shadowy lines near my nose and what can I do to minimize their appearance? (photos)

I hate these shadowy lines. No they are not smile lines, this may be because of face fat? I have a round face, chubby cheeks and as of right now I am 122 lbs and I’m like 5’1. I have a wide bulbous nose so that could also contribute it, but is there anything I could do about these lines?
