I had a product similar to bellafill about 15 years ago, and the volume is fine, but when I smile it looks very unnatural because the product was injected right under the skin. I'm in the process of having it removed, but want to have a replacement of volume that doesn't move and look huge and unnatural when smiling. Is it possible to have filler in the cheeks that doesn't move when animating the face, or will I need an implant?

Juvederm Volite is currently unavailable in U.S. market. However, a popular alternative is Belotero. Belotero is used for fine lines and is used like volite for both plumping and rejuvenating the skin. Much like restylane skin boosters available outside the us.
Hi, that is a great question! Filler dilution does not effect the longevity of the filler. Diluting the filler allows for the filler to be spread out thinner over an area. Filler Dilution is safe to use in many areas of the face.
