You can’t see the ripples from laying down only when I run my fingers across or palpate my incision pressing upwards on it, it feels like the silicone implant is right there. There’s no pain associated with this, I’m just wondering if this is normal or should I schedule an appt?

Hello and thank you for your question. The bump that has developed is not normal and is likely a build up of fluid. I do recommend following up with your board certified plastic surgeon to have it evaluated in person. I do also recommend having it drained as it will likely not resolve by itself.
