It is not at all unusual to experience variation in vision in the immediate post operative period following Lasik surgery. In many instances this is due to dryness on the ocular surface which responds well to topical lubricants. Keep your eyes protected with wrap around sun glasses when out of doors to prevent environmentally induced ocular drying. Maintain you drop regimen and keep your post op examination schedule.
It is FAR too soon to know where your vision will endup. The first week can be filledwith changes and fluctuations, and it generally takes up to three months forfull visual stabilization post-LASIK.
If you are not having a lot of pain and have not rubbed or bumped your eye then the most likely cause of the vision getting worse is dryness. I would recommend that you take preservative-free artificial tears every 30-60 minutes during day and a gel drop at bedtime. If your vision does not improve within a couple of days or if it begins to hurt worse then I would get in to see your surgeon.
