Blade lasik done 1 month ago. Undercorrection in both the eyes. When can the enhancement be done in my current scenario ?

I agree with the three month wait.
In my experience small changes can occur up to three months post-LASIK.

Floaters are not a known complication of LASIK. They are more common in nearsighted people.

It may well be that your surgeon didn’t do anything wrong, and you are simply
undercorrected. In that case, you
shouldn’t be upset with your surgeon.
If you strongly suspect your surgeon did something wrong, then I’d
recommend you seek a second opinion.
If the second opinion is that everything was done properly, continue
with your original surgeon for any retreatment. He or she knows your eye best, plus the cost would be far
less than starting new with another surgeon.

At six weeks post op LASIK your prescription is likely unstable and a premature refinement procedure may result in an inaccurate treatment. In our clinic we insist on waiting three months before re operation and we insist that the refractive error be consistent in at least two consecutive evaluations. The night vision issue is not unusual as many patients can experience this temporary problem at first but in your case it is compounded by the under correction. It is essential that a custom excimer ablation be used when you seek enhancement in that it can have a beneficial effect on any lingering quality of vision issues.
