Hello, I am a 29 year old male who is going to get a mentoplasty and deep neck lift done in the next couple of months. My goal is to have a more defined face and jawline. My surgeon recommended buccal fat removal but I am a bit afraid due to comments about bichectomys causing accelerated aging. Seeing my picture, do you think buccal fat removal is right for me? I want second opinion regarding it.
