Some lipo patients report having a procedure on their lower abdomen with breast gain later (without much weight gain).
Answer: Results after Vanquish Should be Long-Lasting Thank you for your question. Any type of liposuction procedure, including Vanquish, eliminates stubborn fat cells from a treatment area. Since you are born with a finite number of fat cells, those that were eliminated cannot return or migrate to another area of the body. However, if you gain weight after your liposuction treatment, remaining fat cells in the treatment area or other areas can enlarge and alter your results. As long as you maintain a healthy weight after your Vanquish treatment, your body contouring results should be long-lasting.

Answer: Vanquish Hello and thank you for your question. A series of vanquish treatments results in complete fat cell death in the treated area. These dead fat cells are excreted by your lymphatic system and removed from your body. This is permanent. If you gain weight, the other fat cells in your body can expand. Hope this helps! Holly, RN

Answer: Fat gain after Vanquish Me Thank you for your question. Vanquish Me permanently destroys fat cells by inducing programmed cellular death. It is true that if you gain weight the fat cells somewhere in your body will increase in size. This can result in a dysmorphic appearance at its most extreme. The biggest concern is that the visceral fat cells will grow which can result in the onset of diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, stroke, cancer, and death. Lifestyle choices are critical following any procedure to remove or destroy fat tissue.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.

Answer: Apoptosis Vanquish along with other fat reduction procedures detroy fat cells from apoptosis and they leave the body through the lymphatic system. We are all born with all the fat cells we will ever have. You cannot add new fat cells. What happens it when we gain weight our fat cells swell and when we lose weight they shrink. When you kill off the fat cells (apoptosis) with non evasive treatments like Vanquish, you can no longer swell those cells since they don't exist so cells in other areas can swell with weight gain similar to patients who have had lipo procedures done. If you keep your weight stable than you will not see any swelling in other areas. We always recommend to keep up with diet and exercise when getting any body sculpting treatments done whether that are surgical or non-surgical
