The best is Coolsculpting or Truesculpt + vanquish/emsculpt.If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like coolsculpting with vanquish or TrusculptID to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with exilis ultra, venus legacy, Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. We also combine coolsculpting with shock therapy like Z wave, EVIVE, and cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Best, Dr. Emer.
There are many devices available for fat reduction. A combination approach to fat reduction is best. In my practice, we combine CoolSculpting with Vanquish, Thermitight, and tumescent liposuction ("Awake" Lipo) to customize treatment plans for each of our patients. This allows for fat reduction, skin tightening, and an excellent result for body contouring. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who is an expert in body contouring for a formal assessment. In my practice, we have more than 45 lasers that we use, sometimes in combination, to customize treatment plans for the unique needs of each of our patients.
We have evaluated many non-surgical fat reduction devices and have found that the most effective and consistent have been CoolSculpting and EMSculpt. More important than the device is the physician operating it. Not everyone is a suitable candidate for these treatments. I recommend an in-person consultation and examination by an experienced physician. Best wishes.
Thank you for your question. It is absolutely safe to have eight sessions of Vanquish instead of six. They may also be performed twice a week as long as there is two days between each treatment. Please seek a board-certified dermatologist to determine if you are an ideal candidate.
Thank you for your question. The Vanquish is a radio frequency device that targets fat cells and permanently destroys them. Whereas the Emsculpt device builds muscle by contracting your muscle, which is equivalent to 20,000 sit ups. In our office, we have had great success with our patients...
Hi There-- First-- the treatment should not be unbearable. The settings and positioning of the device should be adjusted during treatment to levels that are tolerable. The swelling and pain sound like panniculitis-- inflammation of the fat. These should slowly subside over the next...
