I have very wide set breasts, large areolas, and saggy breasts. What kind of surgery would you recommend?

Both of my breasts, one more than the other, seem to be detaching from the chest wall? Torn coopers ligaments maybe? It feels like there is a gap between my chest and the fatty part of my breast. They will not push up, but rather push inward and flip up. My areolas are larger than normal, and my breasts are so wide set that i can't ever achieve cleavage. I have thought about a fat transfer rather than implants, because i want them to have that bounce and natural movement to them.

This is an age old question in plastic surgery and there's lots of opinions and not much science. I see a lot of breast cancer patients, so my current thought process is the less we disturb the breast tissue the better. That is not to say that inserting the implant has anything to do with breast...

Thank you for your question.It appears to be a rash,most likely from the surgical tape. It should clear up on it's own. Contact your surgeon for a recommendation on a over the counter cream/ointment for any discomfort it causes. Best of lukc.

I suspect by the time you read this posting the sensation will even be more improved... Yes it should return fully...
