Is possible to get aeygo sal with cheek lift? When I push my cheek upward directly under the eyes it creates this aeygo sal effect. (photo). I don’t want to get filler for aeygo sal as that look unnatural. I also like to lift my cheek directly under the eyes as opposed to lift it diagonally by the temple or the ears. I know there is subciliary approach of cheek lift which comes with risk. Is it possible to achieve the look of lifted cheeks directly under the eyes and at the same time create fullness in that area with temporal cheek lift and fat transfer? What’s my best option here?
