Patients with these types of smile lines might not see great results from microneedling or any other type of skin resurfacing.  Dermal fillers can be an option, but for lines that aren't present at rest (only present with movement), fillers can be a challenge to achieve good results without looking bulky.  Botox can be an option but does risk some movement asymmetry. I would advise getting a consultation with an expert physician who specializes in facial aesthetics to discuss your options.All the best,

I don't think microneedling is the right treatment for your prominent nasolabial fold. This fold could be improved using a hyaluronic acid based filler like Restylane Defyne. 

Microneedling won't give the volume you are looking for and might not even give any volume. It is overly hyped as a treatment that does many things. Filler is your only good and easy treatment for NLFs. If you wanted long-term correction, Bellafill is a good option for this area.
