I'm 21 and have a deep smile line on one side of my face. I really don't want to dabble in Botox yet. It sucks that I'm 21 and already have this deep of a line, but I don't want to start fillers at 21. Would microneedling be a good option for me?

This is your acne breaking out. you need much more than microneedling I suggest seeing an acne and acne scarring expert.
