How can you fix a crooked face? (Photos)

I smile more on one side of my face, almost as if I'm smiling towards one side? One side of my face looks different than the other? Is it my jaw? Would I need jaw surgery?

Ideally a non smiling side view is needed for better assessment.  it is likely chin lipo or Kybella would be good options to decrease the fat from underneath your chin.  Consult with a few experienced facial plastic surgeons to review your candidacy.

This is a fairly common concern and can be addressed surgically or with Botox/Dysport/Xeomin. I usually suggest that we try to treat the area with Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin to see if relaxing the muscle a bit helps correct the concern. We usually only have to use 3-6 units, which is a very sm...

You do have a "weak" chin, but if your teeth don't bother you (they fit well together) and you don't want a very long surgery and recovery, a chin implant will help considerably. This can be done in the office, through the mouth so there are no visible scars.  They work great!

Are you referring to the shadows on either side of your chin below the lower lip?
