What are the best procedures for a pointy cleft chin and a double chin? (Photos)

I have always had a double chin despite being in good shape. My chin also bothers me because it has a strong cleft and points downwards instead of a smoother line to the neck. Any tips?

Both of these conditions can be improved a great deal. Your chin is also over projected besides being pointed and having a cleft. The bone can be shaved down through an incision under the chin and through the same incision the area under the chin is sculpted by removing the extra fat to take away the double chin. Your chin then can be contoured using your own fat to take away the pointy appearance. I suggest that you consult either your local board certified plastic surgeons or have a Skype or FaceTime consultation with one of us who has sufficient expertise in chin surgery.

The cleft can be improved by placement of a small fascia/fat graft to that area to build up the central depression that is creating the cleft.  The fatty deposits in the neck can be removed with a neck lift procedure which involves removal of fatty deposits both above and below the platysma muscle in addition to a platysma plasty.  For many examples, please see the link and the video below

Your prominent soft tissue chin pad and prominent bony chin projection can be reduced from a submental approach. The soft tissue chin cleft can be treated at the same time by a fat graft from the same approach. Submental liposuction would also need to be concurrently done.
