Sore breasts. Could this be capsular contracture?

Recently I have started to get soreness in my breasts one more than the other and I had my procedure done in July of 2020. If it is capsular contracture is there anything I can do to lessen the severity or is revision my only option? Does soreness that far from surgery mean capsular contracture? Is it possible to get prescribe a medication to help or is it too late?
