I've had capcon now 3 times. I currently have a breast going into Baker2. What are the benefits of Accolate vs Singulare? I've read that in studies that Accolate had a greater effect/benefit over Singular. Is massaging really doing anything to combat the capcon or is it doing nothing and should a more aggressive method be applied like MFR or the Graston Technique? I've been told that bodybuilding/working out/biking arent doing anything to worsen the capcon is this true?
