When can I start to wear makeup after chin lipo?

I just had submental/chin/neck liposuction a week ago. I haven't worn makeup or done my hair all week because of the garment wrap I have to wear. I was wondering when I could start wearing makeup and doing my hair again? I do not want to cause any irritation either if it will effect anything. I get the stitches taken out under my chin tomorrow morning.
