Am I a good candidate for brow bone + orbital bone reduction?

Bone prominences should be treated surgically, shaping the bone with a burr. However, you seem to have a very high forehead, making bone irregularities even more visible; asymmetry of eyebrows is another issue. An open forehead lift with an incision along the hairline would allow contouring of the forehead and supraorbital areas, skin excision (reducing the forehead height), and correction of brow asymmetry.
