Am I a good candidate for brow bone + orbital bone reduction?

Question

Would this surgery significantly soften my appearance? I haven't ever liked how deep set my eyes are and I feel like my brow/orbital bones protrude so much and hang over my eyes. I'm female and i feel like it looks masculine. I want to smooth the whole area down and open up my eyes but I don't know anyone who does it in my state.... Does anyone do this procedure in the US?

Bone prominences should be treated surgically, shaping the bone with a burr. However, you seem to have a very high forehead, making bone irregularities even more visible; asymmetry of eyebrows is another issue. An open forehead lift with an incision along the hairline would allow contouring of the forehead and supraorbital areas, skin excision (reducing the forehead height), and correction of brow asymmetry.  In-person or teleconference consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon with expertise in this type of surgery is recommended. Good luck.
