Been told for years that my facial profile isn't attractive. I have a protruding brow bone it starts abruptly where the forehead meets the brow. This would be the first feature I'd like to address if indeed it can be addressed. The bulbous nose would be another feature.

Answer: Brow bone reduction with brow lift and hairline lowering.
This photo is tough for answering this question, but, it could be done with filler, with botox, or with surgery to the nose or brow depending upon what you look like on exam (or in more easily assessed photos).
