I'm looking for a long term solution to reduce the presence of my nasolabial folds going from my nose down the sides of my mouth.

The use of an appropriately robust HA filler by itself would give satisfactory cosmetic results. However, because of the constant use of the facial muscles in smiling, the results would not be expected to last  much longer than six to eight months. However, if combined with subcision, a technique for elevating and smoothing skin by promoting new collagen and elastic fiber synthesis that I have been using since 1995, the results can be expected to be considerably more durable.
