Is it possible to make your eyes slant upward on the outside? (Photo)

My eyes have always slanted downward on the outsides, and in my opinion people that have downward slanting eyes look less intelligent and I'm really sick of looking like that. I don't know a lot about plastic surgery, so I am curious if there is a procedure that can make the outside of your eyes slant upward. I want my face to be more even as well, is there a procedure for that? Thanks for your time.

You will be very happy with the combination of surgeries.  It is important to see someone with a great deal of experience in performing reconstructive eyelid surgery.  Look for a fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon.  It is reasonable to get more than one opinion.

Thank you for your question. it is very difficult to assess someone's eyes/eyelids  based only on photographs.  it is important that you seek consultation with a board certify plastic surgeon for a complete examination of the periocular area.  It is possible that you have eyelid ptosis (droopy eyelid)  and a combination of this repair with some other kind of lower eyelid support procedure (canthopexy/plasty)  may give you the result  you're looking for. Please make sure you do your homework and find the right person who was then many of these procedures before undertaking this surgery. Best of Luck !
