My lower eyelid has been swollen for 9 months, eye specialists unable to provider answers (Photos)

To make an assessment on the outcome of any plastic surgery for procedure we usually need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you’ve had more than one procedure than ideally, we should have access to before and after pictures for each of the procedures.
It would be helpful to know what lower eyelid surgery you had.
Fullness in the lower eyelid is often caused by protrusion of the lower eyelid, fat pads.
This happens when the periorbital septum loses its integrity.
The propensity, for this is often based on individuals who have black of midface skeletal support.
I don’t think you have underlying edema or swelling in your lower eyelid.
The contour is most likely related to the periorbital septum and underlying fat pads.
Not liking what your face looks like doesn’t mean there is something wrong. Individuals who don’t have good maxillary support of their midface often do well with midface fillers to restore volume. other procedures to augment midface volume include fat transfer, the use of implants or a midface lift.
