Am I a candidate for an upper eyelid blepharoplasty? (photos)

I have swelling of the eyelids with edemic fluid depending on how I sleep or wether I drink alcohol or other factors.wproblem is the space between my eyes seem to be too long,so that the result would be that my eyebrows are pushed down,if there is any skin below it to be enough anyway,or my eye skin just below the upper eyelid will be pushed up and that leads to dry eyes and could be dangerous.but I don't know any solution to this long problem.with acetazolamide it(edemic fluid)disappears.

Hello @Johann00 thank you for your question. A surgical procedure with proper planning leads to good results. Blephoplasty significantly improves the first third of the face and can be combined with an eyebrow pexy. So that the eye looks opens up and rejuvenated and harmonious. It is hard to tell from the photos whether you are a candidate for blepharoplasty. From your age I would say that it is unlikely you have sufficient skin excess for this surgery. The oedema fluid you mention may be due another problem such as an allergy so that may need to be looked at.
