Eyes asymmetry getting worse as I age. The degree of asymmetry varies from angles. It is the worst when I lower my chin and look straight ahead. It also gets worse when I haven't rested well for a few days. Saw one eye surgeon who said he was not confident to achieve a visibly improved outcome. A neurologist ran tests and confirmed I do not have who ran some tests and confirmed that I Do Not have Myasthenia Gravis, MG. Can this be addressed by eyelid surgery or double eyelid surgery?
Answer: Surgical and Non-Surgical Options for your Asymmetrical Eye Concerns Thank you for your question and pictures! Asymmetries and eyelid wrinkles can be corrected with blepharoplasty (cosmetic eyelid surgery.) It is one of the first cosmetic surgeries people usually get. While the average age might be 30 to 50's, some patients get this done in their 20s. It really depends on your unique anatomy as well as what exactly is bothering you. That said, even after surgery I always warn patients that there will still be asymmetry and things will not look 100% perfectly even because some asymmetries cannot be corrected unless you reposition bone, remove muscle etc. and somethings are just not worth doing.Botox injections as well as laser treatments can also be a tremendous benefit if you are not interested in surgery. Of course, there are also many combinations. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of eyelid surgery but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations. I hope my answer helps and if it does, please take a moment to upvote this answer on the “response”button on the top right. Have a great day.

Answer: Upper blepharoplasty It's possible to give you a crease that is higher and more symmetric with upper eyelid surgery. During the surgery a small amount of fat will be removed, and your crease will be formed and set at a bit higher. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. @drdonyoo

Answer: Double eyelid surgery Double eyelid surgery or Asian Blepharoplasty is reliable way to improve your asymmetry, though perfection is often not possible. Make sure you consult with surgeons that have extensive experience with Asian Eyelids, preferably with training in Korea. Virtual consultations are available.

Answer: This question can not be answered from these photographs. There is just no substitute for a detailed in person assessment. In each of these photographs you are actually looking slightly down. It simply does not provide the type of information that is obtained in an in person consultation. Likely you do have ptosis and this will need to be corrected by the appropriate technique. Eighty percent of eyelid surgeons will want to perform a Müllerectomy. That is often not the right surgery. Many patients need an anterior levator aponeurosis resection ptosis surgery. A double fold surgery is often also needed. Consequently, you also need a surgeon who is very comfortable performing this surgery on a double fold eyelid.

Answer: Asymmetric eyelids. Your right eye has more excessive skin compared to the left side. It is best understood in face to face consultation but there might also be an eyelid ptosis on right side. More photographs with different angles or videos will help a lot for us to evaluate better.
