Lower blepharoplasty? Im a 35 year old woman. I had an upper ptosis repair about 1 year ago, both eyes, im not sure of the exact procedure. Im reasonably happy with the results, however I am now experiencing dry eyes. My question is, is there anyway I can get the lower eyelids to 'tighten up' and sit higher/close properly? With less scleral show? I would like to try something non surgical, if possible! Thanks in advance!
