Can I start a short round of hCG directly after abdominal tumescent lipo?

Question

I am considering abdominal tumescent liposuction directly before starting a short round of hCG. Are there any potential complications from that plan? I want to make sure I don't do any damage by following up the lipo with hCG. I did hCG almost 2 years ago and just need a little reset. Please advise.

Thanks for your question.After any surgery (including liposuction), your body needs calories and nutrition to recover.  I would avoid HCG diet (with low caloric intake) after you are fully healed from the surgery.  Please allow at least 3 months for your body to normalize.Best regards.

I would suggest avoiding any injections around the time of surgery, especially with elective surgery. Please do discuss this with your surgeon.
