I have performed thousands of liposuction procedures, and several hundred revision liposuction and lipocontouring procedures.  Revision liposuction surgeries can be very difficult and challenging as each case is unique and must be approached as such.  I have found that the latest gadgetry such as lasers, ultrasound, etc. do not enhance outcomes of revisional surgeries and may even make outcomes much worse.  I have heard this many times from patients.   What is most important is the experience of the surgeon and being very precise on analyzing the problem areas.  I utilize micro fat grafting to repair pockets where too much fat was suctioned out during the first procedure and micro liposculpture to carefully even out bumpy or uneven areas.
