Can I blend composite and porcelain veneers to meet my budget? (Photo)

I really only truly dislike about six of my teeth...my two top central incisors are grey at the gumline because I'm loosing enamel, and my bottom four incisors have de calcification marks. Could I mix and match composite with porcelain to make the cost match the average cost of six porcelain veneers? You barely see my bottom teeth when I smile...
