I requested the wrong type of shape I was going for and now I look dumpy because I thought what I was requesting was what I wanted. Come to find out it's not! Now I have a bbl I'm not satisfied with. I wanted more fat transferred to the bottom of my buttocks but it's more at the top of my buttocks. It made my waist much shorter now. What can I do to reshape it?

The questions are if the upper part of the buttocks need to be reduced or will putting more fat into the lower pole of the buttocks enough to bring the proportions together correctly? If more fat needs to be harvested, do you have enough to make a difference?Fat is the ideal material for buttock augmentation for many reasons, including the fact that it may be reshaped or moved even after previous BBL's.
