After a BBL, can you be reshaped?

I requested the wrong type of shape I was going for and now I look dumpy because I thought what I was requesting was what I wanted. Come to find out it's not! Now I have a bbl I'm not satisfied with. I wanted more fat transferred to the bottom of my buttocks but it's more at the top of my buttocks. It made my waist much shorter now. What can I do to reshape it?

Definitely a modification to your shape is doable. After 6 months PO then you may share your photos in order to evaluate your particular case and also It may help if you send wish photos in order your doctor would have an idea, how you would like to look. Yes, you may reshape the buttocks after BBL after enough time has passed to allow full healing and the shape due to fat survival stabilized. The questions are if the upper part of the buttocks need to be reduced or will putting more fat into the lower pole of the buttocks enough to bring the proportions together correctly? If more fat needs to be harvested, do you have enough to make a difference?Fat is the ideal material for buttock augmentation for many reasons, including the fact that it may be reshaped or moved even after previous BBL's. An in person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon will determine if you are a candidate for a secondary BBL; good luck.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
This is possible in a BBL revision. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

If you are not satisfied with your result from a brazilian butt lift, perhaps you can have a revision to augment the lower part that bothers you.

It can indeed be possible to reshape your buttocks after having undergone a Brazilian buttock lift. It really depends on your current shape, how much additional fat you have available to harvest, and your needs.Timing depends on a lot of factors, but in general waiting at least 3-6 months after the first surgery is best.
