Congratulations on your bbl you seem to have great results! Swelling should start going down a few weeks after surgery, you will see and feel the end results in about 6-8 weeks just be patient.best wishes.

Congratulations on your recent Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure! Every patient is unique and will have different recovery deadlines. The swelling, soreness, tenderness, and bruising are common occurrence after BBL surgery. However, your surgeon will give you pain medication to handle any pain that might be involved and help you feel much more comfortable. After the first two weeks, you will notice that the swelling, soreness, tenderness and pain will begin to fade away. BBL maximum results will typically take 4-6 months to show.
