Can I get fat taken from certain areas for BBL? (Photos)

Hello, So I want to get a bbl but is it possible to get fat taken from just my flanks, back, and bra rolls? I want to leave the abdomen alone because I want my skin to tighten back up naturally. I love essential oils and natural products so I've made my own skin firming oil, skin firming body scrub, and skin firming soap. All of them have helped drastically along with my diet and exercise routine so a tummy tuck is out of the question. Even if my abdomen doesn't look perfect I'm okay with it. I'm 5'3" and 157 pounds. It's best to be seen in person, but based on the photos 
alone, you are a candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift with liposuction. Liposuction can come from various part of the body and if you do not wish  to liposuction the abdomen, then that is definitely possible as it is ultimately about what you want. I would

Yes!  We can take fat from just about anywhere you have a localized fat collection&mdash;so, back, bra line, and flanks are all common areas for harvest and contouring.

It is your prerogative to leave your abdomen “alone” to naturally improve.  If you are in the process of weight loss, then it’s a good idea to try and achieve the improvement and be of stable weight prior to having your BBL surgery.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for a liposuction with BBL and I think you'll get very good results, you should not gain weight.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, back and of course your buttock to give you a beautiful heart shape.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.
