Hello, I already have a little bit of but naturally but would like to get enhanced. I have had several consults and they have said I am a perfect candidate but no more weight loss. Since then I have lost 10 pounds I really like to work out and don't want a small waist and fat arms and face. Can I still do the bbl even if I am not at BMI of 30.
Answer: Lipo and bbl Hi, thanks for sharing your concern and photos with us! Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first. Have a great day! Dr. JPG

Answer: Everybody has some fat for a BBL... The thinner the person, the less extra fat they have for fat grafting. But less fat is also needed on a thinner patient to show a desired result. A thicker patient will have less difficulty obtaining fat for grafting, but more fat is needed. A lot of the BBL is about camouflage and optics. I think people who are at a healthy weight are actually the best candidates. These are my general thoughts and specific advice would require an in person consultation with a doctor. Best of luck!
