Question

I recently lost quite a bit of weight and have some loose skin (under belly and around nipples) but what I'm most concerned about is not having enough fat to produce good results, pretty much a big butt. I'm open to the possibility of implants if need be but would much rather the BBL. My back is pretty broad but I believe some fat can be harvested from the lower back and belly. I have attached some shots of my stomach and back for review and wish pics for what I'm aiming for. Thank you!

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on the photos exposed my recommendations that you consult in person with a certified plastic surgeon that evaluates which of the two options for you would be feasible.but in my opinion the ideal would be liposuction of full back and abdomen liposuction plus buttocks implants since to get that projection you want fat would not be enough.

Yes a BBL can certainly be performed to make you look more feminine but your wish pictures are not at all realistic and I would list down with a board certified plastic surgeon to see what is possible for you.
