Are there skin colored tattoos for FUE scars?

If I didn't want to get SMP and wanted to shave in the future? I haven't heard about them, if not, what would be the problem associated with them if I just went to a tattoo artist to do it?

While there are skin-colored tattoos that can be used to conceal the appearance of scars, the appropriate treatment depends on your goals and the condition of the scar. Skin-colored tattoos are not an ideal treatment for scars with ridges, bumps, keloids, or other '3D' attributes. They are intended for those with discoloration seeking to match the color of their scar to their skin. For an FUT/Strip scar, most people use micropigmentation (the same science and technique behind medical scar tattoos) to camouflage their scar to their hair. Your scar is likely already a similar color to the rest of your scalp, unless you had scar tissue and other issues during the healing process. If that is the case, I'm not sure a scar tattoo would help. You may be better suited for micro-needling and/or PRP therapy, which can break up scar tissue, and promote healing and hair growth on the scalp.

Tattoo artists are great at what they do.  If you want a tattoo artist to do work on your head then it is best to find someone that will do it.  SMP is not performed the way normal tattoo is performed.

It depends on what you want to accomplish.  SMP is a great choice when lack of hair create a contrast between the scar and the surrounding area. If your problem is discoloration of the scar medical tattoo to adjust color could also help.

There are many colors to the tattoos, but what you you trying to accomplish?  Do you have a problem with the color of the FUE skin that you want to address?
