My scalp is now clear from scabs and crust. Hairs shed when I shampooed my hair this morning and I noticed it for the first time. Attached a photo of my situation as well.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.You may have excess skin/tissue. It should have been gone after 2 weeks so you may not be washing well enough.
