However, significant improvement can be seen with a combination of treatments including Lasers, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and at home medical grade skin care products. This is either PIH or melasma. Both are hard to treat. It is possible that 1064 lasers with low fluence can improve the problem. Chemical peels are another option. I have no experience with PRP for this purpose but some are using it for this.
