I don't recommend it. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist about appropriate skin care after laser hair removal. Sun protection is essential. Also, keep in mind it will take a series of treatments with laser hair removal to get the best results. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. After one week your skin should be completely settled down from the procedure. Your skin needs to be completely healed for 2-3 weeks before your next treatment. The laser can cause hyperpigmentation if your skin is not healed. I recommend asking your treating physician if these are okay. Best of Luck!
After a week, the skin has probably settle down from the laser procedure. It all depends on when the next treatment is. The skin needs to be completely healed from the peel for about 2-3 weeks, prior to the next treatment. If the skin is still healing, the laser can cause hyperpigmentation. Also, I'm not exactly sure what is in the peel and would recommend against these peels. I have seen burns from these.
Laser hair removal targets active hairs so it doesn't matter the age of the person receiving treatment. Darker hairs respond better to treatment. Keep in mind, it will take a series of treatments to get results. I suggest seeing a laser hair removal expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
