I got laser hair removal a month ago and little by little this spots started appearing. I am concerned because the have not gone away. Do you know what they could be? How may I get rid of them the quickest way? I haven't been in the sun.

Answer: PIH after laser hair removal This is the result of a mild laser burn. It is called post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I would treat with hydroquinone and Retin A. Adjustments to future laser settings needs to be done.

Answer: Hyperpigmentation after Laser Hair I would suggest consulting your treating physician since it seems that you have hyperpigmentation from the laser that was performed. You may need a lower setting or different laser. I suggest hydroquinones to help now with the pigmentation. Best, Dr. Green
