I got laser hair removal a month ago and little by little this spots started appearing. I am concerned because the have not gone away. Do you know what they could be? How may I get rid of them the quickest way? I haven't been in the sun.

You will need to shave before laser hair removal no matter what device is used. Not shaving increases pain during treatment and risk of burning. Make sure you are being treated by an experienced provider. Best wishes.

I don't recommend it. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist about appropriate skin care after laser hair removal. Sun protection is essential. Also, keep in mind it will take a series of treatments with laser hair removal to get the best results. Best, Dr. Emer

Laser hair removal targets active hairs so it doesn't matter the age of the person receiving treatment. Darker hairs respond better to treatment. Keep in mind, it will take a series of treatments to get results. I suggest seeing a laser hair removal expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
