My eye was not always like this. When I cry a lot, usually the next day my eyes are very puffy and other lines are created but this time it did not go away completely and I have an extra line on my right eye and I don't know how to get rid of it.
Answer: Skin crease assymtery You have an underlying assume try in the skin crease of the upper lid. A simple blepharoplasty will not suffice unless it is combined with a skin crease reformation procedure. Make sure you see an oculoplastics specialists who will understand the eyelid properly.

Answer: Upper blepharoplasty It is very common for patients to have "extra" skin or folds in the upper eyelids over time. In some patients these folds are asymmetric.... for example, watch the evening news and one of our local LA newscasters has a deep fold of skin in one eye compared to the opposite side. The best treatment is an upper blepharoplasty. CO2 laser resurfacing can provide benefits as well and can be accomplished at the same time as upper blepharoplasty. Good luck

Answer: Improving under and upper Eyes -- Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk), Fraxel, Microneedling/PRP I would recommend an upper blepharoplasty. this will reduce the amount of skin on the top of you eye, that is causing those lines to appear. I would follow this with a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Puffy eyes Dear Jenem, Thank you for your question. Puffiness is commonly a result of fluid retention. So here are some good home remedies I teach my patients. Cut down on salt please. This helps the puffiness, and your health.Apply cold cucumber to your under eye area.Apply caffeinated green tea bags, straight from the fridge. If this fails and the line persists, I do agree with Dr Emer that upper blepharoplasty is an option. I hope this helps.
