Eye surgery to make round protruded eyes more upturned and almond shaped? (photos)

Hi i_mi96, You have nice eyes.  My personal recommendation is to leave them alone.Of course, you could find a surgeon to perform an upper blepharoplasty (to remove the extra skin) and lateral canthoplasty (to get the cat eye shape) or perhaps even a temporal/midface lift (recreating that pull you're doing in the second picture, at least for a while), but my suggestion is to appreciate yourself the way you are and leave your face alone.Best wishes,Dr. Jay

Consultation is need to determine exactly what is your desired goal. The maneuver you are doing with your finger is pulling on the lower eyelid, upper eyelid and brows. 

Neither procedure will make your eyes look for cat like. Pulling on the side of the eye shown in the picture demonstrates what happens when the brow is lowered. None of your pictures are idea to assess what precisely is at issue with your eyes.  However, you appear to have an early levator disinsertion and weakness in the upper eyelid lashes.  There is a accompanying brow elevation exposing slightly the upper eyelid platform.  This contributes to the skeletonized look to the upper eyelids. I think doing a micro anchor blepharoplasty that reinforces the internal structure of the upper eyelid, will allow the brows to relax down moving you in the direction of a fuller, more exotic appearing upper eyelid.  There is no substitute for a personal assessment.
