Eye widening surgery? Cat eye lift? How dangerous is the procedure?

i dont have asian type eyes or wrinkly or small eyes! i have normal eyes and i just wish i had wider and bigger eyes so bad. ive heard theres a surgery in iran called "cat eye lift" or canthoplasty? and im wondering how dangerous is the procedure? and if anyone has more information on it. Thank you :)

Although you may end up needing revision lower eyelid retraction surgery, this is NOT the best time as you need to let the tissue heal before another surgery. I recommend waiting 3 months. See following website link and video for more details.

Negative canthal tilt may not get resolved with canthoplasty alone; it may need what I can call almond eye surgery. See following link. Best to get personal consultation for proper eye evaluation and discussing various treatment options you mention.

It looks like you had eyelid lengthening procedure, not canthoplasty. The redness could be permanent since the redness relates to inside the lower eyelid exposure. Discuss with your surgeon. Skype consult available.
