I wanted to get a bbl and breast lift during spring break this year which is only a week long. Can I return to work and or at least school after that if not how long do you recommend.?
Answer: How soon can I return to work / school? Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I recommend my patients to allow 2-4 weeks for recovery, and to wait at least 7-10 days before going back to work, but each doctor has their own protocol. I also recommend not to sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours, for the first 2 weeks, and always with the help of a boppy pillow. Remember that each doctor has their own protocol, it is very important that you talk to him and follow his instructions. Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)

Answer: Post op recovery after BBL Everybody recovers from surgery at their own pace but its probably unrealistic to expect that you could return to work one week after these procedures. Most people take at least two weeks off work. Its important to allow the body to recover and follow your surgeons post operative guidelines - failing to do so can compromise your results. Arrange a consultation with a fully qualified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
