I am 5'3 and I weigh 115 Lbs. Do I have enough fat for a Brazilian Butt Lift? (photos)

Hi... thank you for the question and photos... this will depend in what are you expecting, if you want to reshape it these is some fat that can be harvested, but if you want to increase volume, i suggest you the use of buttock silicone implants. 

Based upon the photos you posted, it does not look like you have a lot of fat for buttock augmentation.  Implants may be the only option.  Best of luck.

 Thank you for your question. Based on your photo you have very little usable fat for buttock augmentation. You do however have a small amount of fat in your flank region(love handle area). This fat can be removed and use to contour the buttock region.  Depending on the size of your desired buttock, you may or may not be a good candidate for a Brazilian butt lift. An in person consultation will be needed to examine the amount of usable fat.   I highly recommend against gaining weight prior to a Brazilian butt lift. Please understand  that if you gain weight for the procedure but then lose weight after, you buttock will shrink.  The fat that we harvest and use will fluctuate proportionately with your weight gain and weight loss. Weight gain prior to surgery is a lead cause of  dissatisfaction with the Brazilian butt lift procedure .  I recommend finding a board certified plastic surgeon who is also a member of the American society of aesthetic plastic surgery for an in person consultation .  Best of luck with your procedure .

While the pictures cannot take the place of an in-person examination, it would appear as though you are deficient in fat for transfer, I would recommend a weight gain of approximately 15 to 20 pounds or so prior to attempting a BBL. I would suggest that you consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an in-person examination and a discussion of your goals.
